Turn off all electronic devices when leaving the flat, including air conditioning. Make sure to leave the exterior balcony doors closed when leaving.
Do not leave the keys in the front door lock, to avoid forgetting them when leaving.
Not allowed:
- Parties and noises that disturb the neighbours. In case of non-compliance, the local authorities will be called to vacate the flat.
- Smoking inside, or throwing cigarette butts outside.
- Bringing pets
- Hanging towels from the balcony
To avoid unpleasant smells, please remember that it is compulsory to leave your rubbish after 8pm. The containers are located at Carrer bassa rodona, 10.
Please deposit glass containers after 10pm to reduce noise nuisance.
