Former Ángela Milán y Pascual house, built in 1921.
The ground floor and two-storey building is an example of noucentista architecture that uses simple materials as ornamentation. Each of these floors is well defined through different openings. The ground floor houses the Mare Nostrum restaurant. On the first floor there is a balcony with an exposed brick railing of noucentista design; on the first floor there are two pairs of windows ending in segmental arches, framed by a brick moulding. Ceramic decoration is installed above this point. The building is crowned by a projecting eaves and a row of eight battlements.
